Where do your products ship from?
Products may ship from different supplier or fulfillment partner warehouses depending on stock availability, product type, and destination country. This helps us offer a broad range of travel gear without holding every item in one local warehouse.
Will all items arrive together?
Not always. If your order includes multiple products, they may ship separately and arrive on different dates. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Can I change my order after purchase?
Contact us as quickly as possible. We can only edit or cancel an order before it is processed by the fulfillment partner.
Shipping and tracking
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7-15 business days for many EU orders and 8-30 business days for international orders depending on destination, carrier, and customs.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking can take 24-72 hours to update after dispatch. International parcels may also show limited updates while moving between countries or customs facilities.
What if my order is delayed?
If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days or your parcel is significantly beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate.
Payments and checkout
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and supported payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Depending on your country, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply. If they are not included at checkout, they may be collected by local authorities or the carrier.
Products
Are product colors and sizes exact?
We do our best to show accurate product photos and descriptions. Small color differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or supplier batch changes. Always check the product description and available variants before ordering.
What if a product is unavailable after I order?
If a supplier confirms that an item is out of stock after purchase, we will contact you with available options such as waiting for restock, choosing an alternative, or receiving a refund.
Returns and refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes, eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days after delivery after approval. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. We will review the case and offer a fair solution.
