ATRAVELGEAR ships practical travel gear through a network of trusted supplier and fulfillment partner warehouses. This allows us to offer a wider range of useful travel products while keeping prices competitive.

Order processing time

Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time includes order verification, supplier confirmation, quality checks where available, packing, and handoff to the carrier.

During peak periods, product launches, public holidays, or high-demand campaigns, processing may take slightly longer. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with the best available solution.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times depend on the product, warehouse location, destination country, carrier capacity, customs processing, and local postal services. The estimates below are not guarantees, but they reflect typical delivery windows for dropshipped travel products.

  • European Union: usually 7-15 business days after dispatch.
  • United Kingdom: usually 7-18 business days after dispatch.
  • United States and Canada: usually 8-20 business days after dispatch.
  • Australia and New Zealand: usually 10-25 business days after dispatch.
  • Other international destinations: usually 10-30 business days after dispatch.

If a product is available from a closer warehouse, delivery may be faster. If it ships from an overseas partner warehouse, delivery may take longer.

Shipping cost

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before payment. Some products may qualify for free shipping promotions depending on order value, destination, or current campaign.

Tracking information

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number or tracking link. Tracking can take 24-72 hours to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Multiple shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different partner warehouses. This means you may receive more than one tracking number and your items may arrive on different days.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes depending on your country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless they are clearly included at checkout.

We cannot control customs processing times. Customs checks may delay delivery beyond the normal estimate.

Incorrect shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change an address if the order has not yet been processed by the fulfillment partner.

We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or heavily delayed orders

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your order is significantly past the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the supplier and carrier and help with a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution when appropriate.
