We want you to feel confident ordering from ATRAVELGEAR. Because many products are fulfilled through partner warehouses, returns must be approved before anything is sent back.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, manuals, and tags where applicable.
How to request a return
- Contact us through the Contact Us page.
- Include your order number, checkout email, item name, and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval and return instructions.
- Ship the item only to the return address we provide.
Items sent back without approval may not be accepted or refunded.
Return shipping costs
For standard buyer’s-remorse returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, express shipping fees, customs fees, and payment processing charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or video of the issue.
- A photo of the shipping label and packaging if the parcel was damaged.
- A short description of the problem.
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another fair solution depending on the case and supplier confirmation.
Non-returnable items
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. This may include used travel bottles, personal care accessories, pet hygiene products, intimate-use products, opened consumables, personalized items, and final-sale items clearly marked before purchase.
Cancellations
You can request cancellation within 12 hours after placing your order. We will do our best to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed once the order has been sent to a fulfillment partner or carrier.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After a refund is processed, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges for every product because warehouse availability can change quickly. If you need a different item, contact us and we will recommend the best available option.
Refused or unclaimed packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, refund eligibility depends on carrier status, supplier policy, and whether the item is successfully returned to the correct warehouse.
